What is covered:
All parts proven to be defective in materials or workmanship after factory inspection.

What we will do:
Replace knife at no charge. We reserve the right to substitute a knife of equal usefulness and value.

What is not covered:
Misuse, abuse, improper care or rust. Sheaths are not warranted. See use and care instructions.

What purchaser must do:
Send your knife/tool, postage paid and insured (in case it should get lost in the mail), to: Imperial Schrade Corp, 7 Schrade Court, Ellenville, New York 12428; Attn: Customer Service / Repairs. Please include your name and street address (no P.O. Box, please). We will pay the postage and insurance for mailing the knife/tool back to you.

In no event shall Imperial Schrade be liable for general incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, injury or damage to persons or property, arising out of any defect in this knife, or arising out of any breach of the warranty made herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranty will last or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you since this warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

NOTE: WHILE THE QUALITY OF SCHRADE KNIVES DOES NOT NORMALLY NECESSITATE THE NEED FOR REPAIR, OCCASIONALLY WE ARE ASKED TO REPAIR ONE OF OUR KNIVES BECAUSE OF ITS KEEPSAKE AND HEIRLOOM VALUE. IF THIS IS THE CASE, PLEASE SEND THE KNIFE INSURED TO ADDRESS ABOVE. AN ESTIMATE WILL BE SENT FOR APPROVAL BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE.
