Shop-Aid Shur-Shims
eliminates hand cutting of shims witch can cause sharp
corners or burs. Slotted shims provide a more stable
alignment by eliminating stacking of shims. Shop-Aid Shur-Shims
is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel, and come
in sturdy reusable metal case. Available in standard
assortments (20 pcs of every size from .001" to .125" ) or
mini assortments (10 pcs of every size from .001" to
.125").

Plastic Slotted shims
An inexpensive
alternative to more expensive stainless steel shims. Our
color coated plastic shims are resistant to most chemicals
and are available in these sizes: 2"x2" with a 7/16 slot.
3"x3" with a 9/16" slot. Thickness range from .002: to
.060" and are available in 20 piece packages or 180 piece
assortment in 9 thickness We can also make custom plastic
shims to customer specifications. Please contact tools and

Laminated Slotted Shims
Another first
from Shop-Aid. Laminated slotted shims, available in A, B,
C, and D sizes and overall thickness of .008", .032" and
.060" with .002" laminations. Available in packages of 10
pieces per thickness, or in assortment packages of 5
pieces per thickness and size.
AAA Slotted Shims
New, and only
from Shop-Aid. 1" x1" slotted shims in stainless. Our AAA
sizes is 1" x1" with a 5/16" slot. Perfect for
applications on a smaller scale. Thickness ranges from
.001 to .125" just like our regular stainless steel
slotted shims.
